MY BROTHER IS BEING CRUEL
Plaintiff Side:
My big brother is always tesaing me and calling me fat. This really hurts my feelings,. He knows that it does because he sees me cry. He just laughs even more at me when this happens which hurts even more. It makes me sad. Makes me feel badly aroubt myself. He never does this when Moms around . He knows he'd get his butt whipped for it.
Defendant Side:
Big baby. What do you expect me to do watching you pour cans of pop in yourself-eating junk food all day. No one else seems to have a problem in our family with their weight except you. In fact, Mom and Dad are both underweight for their height. I'm average weight. So....why are you so much overweight??? Like 30 pounds overweight. You've been told this when by Dr. Gearheardt when you go with Mom and you don't seem to listen. I'm sick of watching you do this to yourself. It's not genetic it's YOU and your eating habits. Quit making excuses. I told you that I'm not making fun of you – it's more of a guilt and shame thing but you just don't seem to get it.
